Hallo,
"Fielding, John & Turland, Nicholas J. (2005): Flowers of Crete. 656p; many colour photographs; case bound.; engl.; 69 Eur (ab. 01.07. 79 Eur)
Flowers of Crete is a celebration of the extraordinarily rich and unique flora of Crete. Crete is a rugged mountainous island with a great range of different habitats. Its extraordinary geological and climatic history has resulted in great plant diversity, with ancient linkt to Europe, Asia and North Africa. Key features: - authoritative text, lavishly illustrated; more than 1900 plant and habitat colour photographs with extended, informative captions ; - over 800 species illustrated; - many endemic illustrated for the first time... "
